Kartika.store sells exclusively digital products , such as eBooks, guides, PDF files, and other downloadable content. No physical shipments are made.

2. Orders and Payment

Orders are placed online through the Kartika.store website.
Payments are handled through secure third-party platforms (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
Once payment is received, the user will receive an email with a download link for the purchased product, or will have immediate access through their account (if applicable).

3. Delivery of the Product

Digital products are delivered exclusively in electronic format .
Download is available immediately after payment or within a maximum of 24 business hours.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that they have compatible devices to read the purchased files.

4. Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 16 of EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights and Swiss distance selling legislation:

The right of withdrawal does not apply to downloadable digital products once the download has begun, subject to the consumer's express consent.

By purchasing, the customer explicitly accepts the loss of the right of withdrawal , as the digital content is supplied immediately.

5. License to Use

The purchase of a digital product entails the release of a personal and non-transferable license for use .
Reproduction, distribution, sharing, modification, or resale of the content without written permission from Ti.Motion di Lanza E. is prohibited.
Any abuse will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

6. Responsibility

Lanza E.'s Ti.Motion ensures that files are functional and malware-free at the time of distribution.
It is not responsible for any malfunctions due to third-party software, device incompatibility, or download errors caused by the user's connection.

7. Intellectual Property

All content available on Kartika.store is protected by copyright. The brand, text, images, files, and all other content are the exclusive property of Ti.Motion di Lanza E. or their respective authors.

8. Changes to the Terms

These Terms are governed by Swiss law . Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lugano (TI), Switzerland .
